Rory Castellano grew up in a blue-collar Lehigh Valley family and got into construction young. Painting is where it stuck, he still isn't tired of the moment a homeowner walks back into a finished room and their whole face changes.
Today Rory owns Pennello & Rollen outright and leads every project personally, from the first walkthrough to the final coat. Craftsmanship and clear communication aren't a slogan here. They're the entire business model.
