Rory Castellano grew up blue-collar in the Lehigh Valley, the kind of household where you learned to work with your hands early, and you didn't complain about it. Construction came first. He was out on job sites young, doing the work nobody else wanted, and it stuck with him.
Painting is where he found his actual craft. There's a moment he still hasn't gotten tired of: a homeowner walking back into a room that's finally finished, and their whole face changing. That reaction is the job, as much as the paint is.
What he built out of that is Pennello & Rollen: a painting company that runs on two things, craftsmanship and communication. He's not trying to be the biggest crew in the Valley. He's trying to be the one you'd actually recommend to your neighbor.
Today Rory owns and runs Pennello & Rollen Painting Co LLC outright, and he leads every project personally, from the first walkthrough to the final coat.
